Occasionally a bullion version of our Knight Commander's breast cross comes on the market. These are modern reproductions, but are done quite well in silver sequins, gold wire and embroidery. I have one myself.

Of course, as a member of the Order you cannot wear it unless you are a Knight Commander (KCJ), but you can display it for collector's or historical purposes.
